Carroll Rentals has been serving the Clarion area in apartment style living for 30 years.  Housing is available on both Wood Street and Liberty Street.  We provide clean, simple, affordable housing with off street permitted parking.

The apartments have two bedrooms and are capable of supporting 1 to 4 people for as low as 1,250 dollars per person each semester*.  The Wood Street apartments are directly across from the Clarion University campus, and the Liberty Street apartments are only a few blocks away.

Each apartment comes with a range, refrigerator, kitchen table, and chairs.  Likewise, all utilities are included with the exception of cable.  If that isn't enough, all lawn care and snow removal is provided as well!
